Paytm has announced today that the site will sell coupons so that Android users can recharge their Google Play Store accounts easily.
Euronet Worldwide, an American payment service provider will power the transactions.

Open the Paytm app on your Android device.
Select the Google Play option on the app.
Enter your mobile number and the amount you want to recharge.
That’s it. You’ll receive a recharge code via SMS and an email that you can instantly redeem on Google Play.
